School Health Programme

An awareness session on Cyber Safety and its impact on health was successfully organised by the Health Promotion Trust (HPT) under its School Health Project.

The sessions were conducted for students of and Good Shepherd Convent School, Karjat (Std. 7th to 10th) on 4th February 2026, 

Asha Kiran Panned Convent School (Std. 5th to 9th) on 9th February 2026

The programme focused on creating awareness about safe internet practices, responsible digital behaviour, prevention of cyber risks, and understanding the physical and mental health effects of excessive screen time and online exposure.
