Fifty adolescent girls from Jagruit Kendra Sakinaka received 'Certificate of Participation' for attending six health care sessions organized by Health Promotion Trust in partnership with Jagruti Kendra Community Centre. Following each session, the participants were offered nutritious snacks to encourage healthy eating practices. A significant aspect of the program was an exposure visit to the Akshara Foundation in Dadar, which emphasized the key social determinants affecting the health of young girls.

The Sessions included topics:

1. Healthy Dietary Practices 

2. Preparation of Health care remedies 

3. Menstrual Health Care and Hygiene

4. Positive Mental Health care 

5. Appropriate and Inappropriate touch 

6. Appropriate use of Social Media
